I've seen this reported a couple of times but have not seen a resolution to it yet as it seemed to have sorted itself out.  So maybe we can try a few things:

1. Make sure you are not using an old Studio 2015 default template for your work.  If you don't know what I'm referring to then you probably are not.
   
   
2. Restart Studio 2017.
   
   
3. Reset Studio.  Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

   c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
   
   

4. If all else fails then create a Project instead of using the single document workflow.
