Looks suspiciously like an "unwanted feature"!  Both language directions are recognised in the same way in the editor:

So they are seen as separate numbers, but the confusing part is en-de works and it-ru fails.  For now perhaps as a workaround you can use the regex match autosuggest provider which will ensure you enter the right code:

Not as good as being able to AP these segments but at least you can see one way to progress.  I'll share this example with development.

Hi All,

I also came across number issues. See screenshot below. Anything wrong with my settings? As a special requirement by the client, I need to put the translations in the quotation marks.  

I tried to use regex provider plugin. I use regex pattern (\d+-\d+) and replace pattern $1. 18-29 still does not show together. What I see is 18, -29.
