URGENT!!! - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" - Error message with SDL Trados 2017

I'm getting this message when I'm preparing a New Project with the Wizard, after having selected the Source and Target Languages (Russian --> Italian), so that I cannot going on with the Wizard.

What's happening? My version is the 14.0.5889.5; the program has been updated 2 days ago, with the last pack available. Before I did not have this problem, never!

What can I do? It's really urgent!!! How can I send the Error File?

Thank you in advance for prompt answering.

  • The problem occurs on the New Project wizard, when I select "Create a project based on a previous project".
If I select "Create a project based on a project template" the program works correctly.

Before, I had no problem at all, until I updated, 3 days ago, Studio 2017 with the latest available update. Is it possible to roll back the program to the previous condition, by eliminating the last update?

    Thanks a lot, Fabio
