I can't save my translation.

I have Trados 2017 running on Windows 10. I updated the programme around a week ago.
 
I can't save my translation.
 
I couldn't do Ctrl+A to select all and the programme kept crashing when I went from one segment to the next but then I renamed  the folder c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0) and at least these problems were resolved but I STILL CAN'T SAVE.
 
I tried changing the file name. I tried deactivating my anti virus. I re-started my PC many times. Nothing works.
 
I can't save. I can't "save as". There are no error messages. It simply freezes as it tries to save and I have to ctrl alt del shut it all down.
