エディタ上の翻訳したものを、「メインの翻訳メモリの更新」で一括処理して翻訳メモリに入れる際、
上記エディタ上の翻訳は翻訳メモリに既存の翻訳に上書きされますか？
ステータスが「翻訳却下」のものを、既存の訳に上書きしたいと思っています。
ご教示いただけたら幸いです。

Yes, unless the context is different or you specifically choose to add as new translation.

In this case then yes, you will overwrite the translations in the TM as the existing ones should already be in the same context.
