Indeed, you are right, the folder was hidden.
Now I have changed the folder's name and it duplicated (itself).
The problem is still on with the packages.

I spoke to support and they have suggested this:
First suggestion
Rename both of these folders (they should be recreated... hopefully resolving the issue) and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0
Second suggestion
If the first option doesn't help please go to your actual “My Music” folder and see if there are any Studio related folders there. If there are, right click them and then go to “Properties \ Location” and move them to the “My Documents” folder. Restart your computer and see if that helps.
