Trados 2017 says there are segments pending to confirm, but that is not true. What is happening?

Hello, 
 I have created a project to translate three word files, I have finished the translation of the first file from the project, but Trados shows the progress as the 99.84% and not the 100%. According to this, we should have some segments pending to confirm, but that is not true. I have pressed Ctrl + Enter to go to the next unconfirmed segment, and Trados do not move because everything is confirmed. Despite this, Trados says the progress is the 99.84% and that the project was not finished in a 100% 
 I have revised segment by segment, and everything is confirmed, so I don't know why is this happening, and how do I explain this to the project manager next week? 
 Please, could you help me to solve this?

This is a fairly well known refresh issue in Studio. I doubt your client will see this as it'll probably show 100% when they get the files. But you can probably sort it out yourself by running a batch task... like wordcount for example.

If you have confirmed all the segments, and if running a batch task doesn't resolve it then there is nothing you can do. This is a refresh bug in the software as I have said. Even if the Project Manager does see what you do a simple check will verify whether you have handled them or not. Run the WIP batch task report and this should provide an accurate status of the project. You can send that with the project when you send the files back. 
 
But I will be very surprised if that status sticks when you send the files over. Can you share them with me and I'll test this? It'll actually be useful if I can verify it. If that's ok you can send the project to pfilkin@sdl.com
