I am a little mystified by these messages as these are as you state not being generated by Studio- 

Unfortunately I cannot find any licenses under your name (or the account you created) -which you will need if you need to log a support ticket.

To log a support ticket- log in to your valid account (where you hold the license)-

go to Support- then licensing and installation help from where you can then log a support ticket.
