Hi all!

I recently upgraded to Trados 2017 SR1 and after that I have following problems:

1. The Welcome window does not work. Following error messages pop up (all command file errors EDIT: - or possibly script errors):

I could live without being "Welcome" for now. Much worse is following:

2. While using Quick Add New Term or Add New Term, Termbase Viewer opens with error message:

And looks like this:

And it can’t be closed.

Just tried to edit an existing term (different layouts work for viewing existing ones):

After doing the repair measures described here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395

at least it is sometimes possible to close Termbase Viewer, but now I have to redo all my personalizations... And the errors persist. I’m getting desperate...

What should I do next?
