Where can I download Studio 2017 SR1 CU8 manually?

My autoupdate function does not work.

  • We just released some changes around the auto-update in CU8.

    We tried to reproduced the problem on a german machine but with no success. In order to get an idea of what might cause the problem would you be able to provide the following files from your machine:

    1. C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio5\Updates\UpdateLog.txt
    2. C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp\studio5Updates\Updates.xml and Filtered.xml

    yes, I will do that. Actually, our supporters had to log a support case for me yesterday (00317414) because following the manual installation of the 2 msp and 1 exe file, my Studio has completely stopped working! :(
    The view part Notifications keeps throwing errors and I cannot move between the navigation areas, nor open the Editor.

    I'll email you with the files and I hope to hear from your supporters today still. I need Studio for my consultancy jobs as of Monday - I'm on the road teaching all of next week.
