'Script error' preventing upload of documents in Studio 2017

I've recently acquired Studio 2017 and so far have only uploaded a few trial documents to familiarise myself with it. I then deleted all my trial documents & TMs to start afresh, and cannot now upload anything - I get the message below.

I can't use it at all now. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

    To answer your question, I've tried to upload Word files and a .pdf, all of which I'd previously uploaded as test documents and then deleted - none of them have worked. I've also tried other solutions such as re-naming the TMs (stored on my computer), but no luck.

    I've followed the instructions for resetting (ie. I've 'returned' my license and the licence number is now available to use again.)
    I have one more question (because of this bad experience I'm nervous about doing anything that I might not be able to undo!):

    How do I reactivate my licence? Should I delete Trados from my PC altogether and download it afresh?
