How to fix the errors in xliff file so that it can be processed in Studio?

Dear Studio 2017 users, 
 I am working on a project that contains over a dozen WPML xliff files. One of the files failed to open in Studio with the errors shown in the screenshot. 
 Does anyone know how to fix these errors in Notepad++ by looking at the error information provided by Studio?

Hi Chunyi Chen , 
 
Might be worth dragging the XLIFF into a Firefox browser as this reports errors in XML quite nicely and it might help you. 
 
Otherwise, can you share one or two of the files so we can take a look?
