Could not load file or assembly 'ICUWrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies

Hello,

I have an issue when trying to set up a project in Studio 2017.

Other colleagues of mine were able to set up a project in Studio 2017 with the same source files. I was able to do do in Studio 2015, yet not in Studio 2017.

I've tried to locate "ICUWrapper.dll' in my computer, and it exists under C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio5. I've even tried to reinstall Studio 2017, no luck either. 

Stake trace error is hereunder.

Any ideas?

    I have the same problem but not able to fix it with folder renaming.
    The portal you suggested to log a case provides no option to submit a case nor live chat.
    I selected "If you do not have an active support contract and would like to contact support for issues other than installation and licensing then you can purchase a support contract here." and was led to

    oos.sdl.com/.../quoterequest.aspx

    Once the "technical support, but I do not have a Premium Software Maintenance Contract." box was selected, the "Submit" button is grayed out.

    The only option is to use "If you require Technical Support for our products please visit our Online Support Centre", which led me back to here.

    This error message shows with each key stroke that really cause big trouble for work. Is there other resource I can turn to? Thanks you.
