I am using SDL Studio 2017 with Win 7.
Both Studio and MultiTerm are up to date.
My project has a local TM and a local TB, I can see some terms in the Termbase Viewer that I added in 2017.
But now when I try to add a new term to the Termbase, either using the classic Add New Term or Quick Add New, the term is not displayed nor added. I do not get any error, either.
What can I do to fix it?

I have tried to create a new TB from scratch, since the old one had only a few terms.
I start adding terms and it works just fine. Then I hit Add New Term and want to edit the added term to put it in lower case: as soon as I start editing the source and move the cursor to the target term, A popup says that it already exist an entry for this term: Duplicate or Merge?
If I hit Merge, the Termbase Viewer turns white with no other option possible.
If I hit Duplicate all seems to go well, but in the end the term is not shown in the Viewer (however, it is recognized in the segment)
I need to have this feature working as I have to do a terminology check.

I have MultiTerm 2017 and it is up to date. I did the reset following the KB article you linked, but the issue persists.
I have now tried to create the TermBase in MultiTerm, added a few terms. Then I load it in the Studio project and the TB 'plugin' does not work. As you can see from this video, it does not hold the selection of terms, I cannot see them nor edit them.
