"an item with the same key has already been added"

Question

Good afternoon, I'm using Trados Studio 2017. 
 I can't save the target file. I get the message "an item with the same key has already been added (in Spanish "ya se agreg&oacute; un elemento con la misma clave" (an item with the same key has already been added ). 
 Could you please help.

Well, I've been trying this and that since I first posted my message and I finally found a solution that worked: I erased all the figures from the original Word file, I created a new project and then it was possible for me to save the target file!
