【緊急】不明のエラーにより、sdlxliffが作成できず、翻訳を実施できません。

Question

お世話になっております。同僚のStudio 2017 SR1版で、以下のエラーが発生し、バイリンガルファイルが作成できません。自分のパソコンでもこのエラーを再生できません。

リセットをしましたが、変更はなかったです。

C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL - 「SDL Trados Studio」のフォルダ名を「SDL Trados Studio_Old」にします。
C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL - 「SDL Trados Studio」と「ProjectApi」のフォルダ名を「SDL Trados Studio_Old」と「ProjectApi_Old」 にします。
C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\Studio [VERSION] - 「Studio [VERSION]」のフォルダ名を「Studio [VERSION]_Old」 にします。

One of my coworkers has been getting this crippling error. Happens when she tries to translate a single file. Processes then stops before creating the bilingual file. Tried resetting trados but had no effect. I couldn't recreate this error on my computer.

Follow up. After submitting a case and hearing back from technical support, they advised the us to uninstall everything and reinistall Studio because C++ was likely not installed. Lo and behold, when the user reinstalled Studio, the C++ installation process started. She was able to start translating normally after that. Case closed.
