For some reason, TM concordance doesn't work and the message "no open translation memories" appears in the editor window, despite my TM being checked in project settings (Trados 2017). Why is this happening? I've already read other posts and a reset was suggested. Is there another solution that doesn't involve resetting? since I've already done that recently. Thanks.

You may have already seen this thread: community.sdl.com/.../58418, but just in case: during the time this thread was active I came across a similar situation. In my case the issue was solved by unchecking the "Use different translation providers for this language pair" box.
I deleted everything and created a new project from scratch again. Doesn't work. Studio is the worst CAT tool ever. This is the last time I try to use it. I'll never buy it again. :(
