Impossible to change status of segment

I cannot  change the status of some segments after translation to «translated». What can I do ?

I am working with Studio 2017.

    (Just use the Advanced Editing Options when you reply. The plain box is for a quick text response)

    This looks as though it's related to your autopropagation settings, or your automation settings. These are in File -> Editor and it makes sense to check in there I think and make sure the software is set to behave as you wish.

    Your are well ! I changed the setting and the problem disapeared. Now I need to speak with my client as he wanted the "bad" settings....thak you very much for quick reply and solution.

    You can very well play with the auto propagation, achieving perfect results. What you would need to change to have it working as you want, is to have the auto propagated segments simply confirmed. This way you would have ALL repetitions translated exactly the same way - most probably this is why your customer told you to use "Auto-propagate matches to confirmed segments", but then he simply forgotten to tell you to activate "Confirm segment after auto-propagating an exact match".
    However, using the option "Auto-propagate matches to confirmed segments" may be very dangerous in Slavic languages, as we may not translate all repetitions the same way. For example if the segment contains just the word "red" or "yellow", the translation will depend on what is in red or yellow color. A dress is red in a different way than a car - a dress is "czerwona" in Polish, while the car will be "czerwony". So to avoid such problems you either need to find a translation, which will avoid the reference to a gender in this very example (done that via translating "red" to "color: red" = "kolor: czerwony", which does fit every item, which might be referred to) or to use the "Prompt user" options to have the full control over autopropagation.
