'Method not found' error message when trying to edit term from inside Studio 2017 Editor

Dear All,

When I try to edit a term or add another translation to an existing term from inside Studio v2017 Editor, I get the following cryptic message:

Script Error dialog box with a warning icon showing an error has occurred in the script on this page. It includes details about the line number, character, error description, and code file path. Options to continue running scripts are 'Yes' and 'No'.

Any idea how this can be fixed? Closing and re-opening Trados does not seem to fix it.

I need to be able to add new terms and edit them, if I am going to continue using Trados.

Best regards,

Pavel

  • Hi Paul,

I have applied the update again, then tried to fix it with the script, as described by you. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message:
