Is it possible to change the row height in the side-by-side editor view, not the font size, but to increase the amount of space between each row to make the view clearer and less cluttered?
I find the text is too close together and increasing empty space around the words would make it far easier to work!

It is not possible to change the row height in the editor view as this is automatically based on the chosen text size.
Maybe you could suggest this however in the SDL Community IDEAS section-

If you are using two screens for instance, you may want to drag the TM and Termbase recognition Windows onto the second screen.
This way the editor would appear less cluttered.
Another suggestion is maybe to customise the colours - for instance change the colour of the current active segment-
Here the actual segment really then stands out from the rest.
