Question

Hi! I'm trying to save the Trados file into a Word document (guardar destino como) and I get the following message: "Missing bookmark start tag with name :_Toc382224933. Writing to Word document not possible". I need to deliver this translation ASAP!!! What can I do? Thanks a lot

Thanks for the files. I sent you a link to a folder in dropbox containing two files: 
 
1. A repaired source file (I regenerated the table of contents and this processed fine) 
2. A saved target file that needs some work as you merged segments etc. so it's not 100% translated. But it is mostly done.

Open your file in the Studio Editor as if you were translating, and then press F8. That will run a QA check. 
 
If that doesn't work and you can't find where you are missing tags then the problem might be with the file, or Studio in handling the DOC format. So then try these things: 
 
1. Open the Word file and remove the table of contents. Then pretranslate the DOC without the table of contents in Studio. 
2. Open the Word file and see if you can find a missing bookmark... then delete it and pretranslate the file in Studio. 
 
I reckon the first option to remove the TOC may be the solution here though.
