following strange thing happened to me in SDL Trados Studio 2017:
I have received a package for translation and while pretranslating using some of my old TMs I have accidentally unchecked the check box for update of the TM which was included in the package and now if want to check it again, it is grayed, cannot be checked and therefore I cannot update the TM I have received with the package. Can someone help?

To add images/videos etc- (just forget about the first part with the error).
You will see this at the bottom of your screen when you are typing a post.
You should also close the project- then remove this from the projects list. Re-save the original package with a different name
Then reopening from Studio and see if this helps

Thanks for tip, its my first time using it :-)
So I have tried to completely reopen the package from scratch and it works normally. The problem is that I have mentioned this issue after all translation work in that project was done, so in case of reopening the package I would have to start again (even though I can create another "working" TM, update it from complete project and use it as a base and have almost for all segments 100% match). Anyway I think there must be easiest way to rectify this (or it might be a bug in Studio). Below I am sending the screenshot. Note that the checkbox "Update" is grey and cannot be checked. The checkbox "Enable" next to the first line is not grey, but cannot be checked as well. Anyway so it was even after opening the original package "from scratch", so I think its normal.
