Segmentation problem

Hello everybody, 
 We are now having a problem with segmentation that we can&acute;t solve with the traditionnal solution we used to use. Our problem is the following: the segmentation put several segments together instead of separating between punctuation. 
 
 In our group of translators, we had already this problem before, but we could solve it with this method:

 This time, we&acute;ve tried it several times, and it doesn&acute;t work. We&acute;ve tried to change the ".[
]+" by a "[
]+" but it&acute;s not working better. Would you have any other solution to solve this problem ?

Hi Amelie, Which punctuation mark / which character do you want to use for separating segments? In the highlighted segment I can only see commas - maybe you are meaning another one? If it is not exactly a soft return, that's why [
