Dear fellow community members,
One of our users has encountered the following error message after borrowing a license from our cal.local serer and then trying to open Trados 2017:
"network license expired on server cal.local".
I have tried repairing Trados 2017 from control panel, tried reinstalling the full suit of SDL 2017 programs, even tried wiping the "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio" folder - the error is still there.
Our license server is fine and other users are able to retrieve the cals, so I need advice on how to deal with it.
