I've installed Studio 2019 recently on a new machine and with existing projects everything works fine.
Today I tried to create a new project. When hitting Ctrl+N I got the error message: an error occured whilst determining the file version. The usual wizard didn't open.
Any ideas what why this is happening and how to solve it?

Thanks for getting back to me. No, restarting didn't help. It is a new computer.
I've now created the project on my old machine using Studio 2015 and opened the file folder in Studio 2019. That worked. However, it is obviously not a solution.
