Cannot open sdlliff file VERY URGENT

Hi,

 

I am not able to open a file on which I was working after closing and reopening Studio 2017.

I have almost completed the translation, but I am unable to reopen the file. This is the second time I am encountering this problem.

 

My Studio has become very slow these days, confirming mere segment takes more than a minute to be confirmed.

 

How do I remedy this problem?

    Just so you know the recent facts, Steven, Alain sent me the .docx yesterday by email and I smoothed out the document content and saved it to a new Word document. Then I created a new project. The pretranslate only populated 3 segments because I used the TM he had uploaded to the thread yesterday but it would reopen and save to Target no problem. I first cleaned the TM with Olifant.

    Today I have realised that the TM he sent me by email had more matches than the one I downloaded. I attach the more recent TM, which I have now 'cleaned' with Olifant. Alain, you can add this to the translation also if you haven't finished it already as some of the translations of the last segments of the document are in this TM. Ask if you don't know how to do this.

    Alain, I think allowing Steven to to a webex tomorrow would be a good idea if the translation fails again. It is easier to sort the problem when one can see what is actually happening live.
