Hello,
I have 2 issues:
1) Trados Studio 2019 lags at times while moving from one segment to another. It uses about 25% of the CPU in these moments and sometimes takes 10 mins to move to the next segment, even simple segments with few words, no tags and only a local TM.
2) I can't upgrade legacy 2007 TMs. I get an error saying files are missing!
Any help would be apreciated.

This sounds like it's either your security software not working well with Studio, or you perhaps have some realtime backup going on over a very slow connection. Perhaps you are working with your TMs and/or projects on OneDrive or DropBox, or even an external NAS?

Perhaps you have not got all the files that are needed for a Trados 2007 TM? Double check that you have got all of these:
*.tmw
*.mwf
*.mtf
*.mdf
*.iix
You need all three of them for the TM to work. Sometimes you can work around missing files by creating a new Trados 2007 TM in Trados Workbench with the same same. Then replace the missing files from there. But it all depends on which files you have.

This sounds like it's either your security software not working well with Studio, or you perhaps have some realtime backup going on over a very slow connection. Perhaps you are working with your TMs and/or projects on OneDrive or DropBox, or even an external NAS?
