Create a Review Project - Studio 2019

Question

Is there a particular way of setting up a Review Project with the Create a New project Wizard? 
 I would not particularly want the Prepare feature to repopulate the Target. 
 Maybe I cannot see further than my nose ;)

If they are TTX files then it should be no problem, just drop them into the wizard and create your project with these as the source files. Don't add a TM and then you definitley won't be at risk of adding anything to the files. Once the project is created add your TM in the Project Settings and work as normal. 
 
When you save the target files at the end of the job you'll be prompted to save the TTX or the original source file. Save the TTX and send them back to your client.

 I see what you mean... but all projects are created the same way. The translate/review/sign-off parts only come into play when you open the files after the project has been created. 
 Yellow highlight function... indeed! Here's a couple of ideas: 
 Use the commenting feature 
 If you select your text then press Ctrl+Shift+n then . then enter which can be done quite quickly then this will highlight the text as a comment. The advatage is if you only want one colour then you can set the commenting colour in the options, and you can filter on comments. 
 Use the Wordbird app 
 There is a neat application on the appstore from Angela Sigee which can do just what you want:

Normally you would review the same project that for translation. You can open the files for "Review" as opposed to "Translation" and then each segment is is given a reviewed status as opposed to a translated one. 
 
If this isn't what you mean then it would probably help if you elaborate a little and explain what kind of files you have received for review? For example are they the translated target files? Are they bilingual SDLXLIFF files?
