My Trados 2019 has been showing some bugs, eg icon is the same for all file extensions, I cannot open sdlxliff files, and when I open a Word doc in English it considers English as target language, so it underlines all the words in the target column. I have tried the repair function in control panel but it didn't work. Any other ideas before I try reinstalling? Thank you!

Is everything underlined? and what colour are these please.
I think the firs steps he4re are to first ensure you are logged on to the machine as admin, then run a full Windows update and ensure all these updates have actually been installed (you may need to run the Windows update a couple of times before this is fully successful.
You also should add Studio to your Antivirus white list-
Then if the problem persists- please try a Studio reset - you can use the following app fpor this-
