a TU in a TM has 5 dates within it.

every screenshot posted has the "last_used_date" at the last yellow line.
and this is the criteria which the option "Show most recent translations first" based on.
so, concordance result should be ordered correctly, but currently his/her result looks way wrong.
-I have tested with my TM, mine are quite right, ordered correctly (version 2017)

I cannot reproduce this, my concordance is always in order of search criteria accuracy then date and likewise my Translation Results.

Here is how I have the relevant settings under File>Options:

The above options are not also included in Project Options, so they are constant.

Here are examples of some of my project settings, which are dependent on client/scenario:

You'll see I don't have fuzzy matches turned on, Machine Translation or TU Uplift. I also don't have Match Repair turned on at the next level.

Here are my settings for another client:

The search is set to only project memory. Match Repair is turned on.

And another:

There's no mystery to the settings, they are set that way because those settings are made appropriate to the individual scenario.

So, I can have a variety of project settings but 'Show most recent translations first' is always turned on. My Concordance matches are always listed in order of search criteria accuracy and then date and, likewise, the Translation Results window display is listed in order of source accuracy first and then date.

I don't think your project settings are causing your 'different' Concordance display order but I can't see from your screenshots whether accuracy is the criterion employed in the listing because I can't read your source language. It is worth noting that accuracy will overrule date order.

There is a further setting that might be changing the way your Concordance results are displayed, and that is a setting that is made on creation of a TM. Look at your TM settings (either via the TM list window top toolbar 'Settings' in Project Settings or, as below, via your Translation Memory view):

This box is left unticked by default on TM creation and either way should not affect accuracy or date order. With your source language, however, this may affect the Concordance display differently.

'Select Enable character-based concordance search to make SDL Trados Studio index groupings of characters within a word, as well as indexing words in a TM. This can result in more partial (fuzzy) matches and bigger indexes. For example, if you enable this option and you search the TM for the word "resource", your search results may include "resource", "resources" and "sources". The search results include all three words because they each contain groupings of characters that are the same.' (Creating local TMs)

It's worth double-checking. If you want to check this, you'd have to export your TM to TMX, create a new TM (based on the old TM if it has customised properties) with this setting changed from what it currently is set to, then import the TMX to that.

If not... as Paul says now is the time to use your support contract it because there are many possible things that could be causing this.
