Three questions, three problems: MyMemory, SDL Cloud, CTRL+F

Question

Firstly, every time I open Trados Studio, I get this error message: 
 
 How do I remove the plug-in? I couldn't find it from the list. 
 
 Second problem. I get this error message every time I open a MS Office application. How do I get rid of it?

Third problem, just manifested itself today. When I press CTRL+F, the search window appears as normal. After closing it, it never opens again until I restart Trados. 
 
 Answers for these problems may already be available, but I had enough trouble finding this place!

 It would appear that maybe something has corrupted the installation- maybe an AV update? 
 I would recommend updating your computer -

 If the problems persist afterwards with regard to the plugins and you cannot see this app in the SDL Plugin Management tool- 
 please navigate to these folders and manually delete the plugins then restart your computer 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\Appname c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\Appname 
 In order to be able to use the Microsoft Plug in you need an active subscription- maybe logging out and back in will restore the connection.
