It would appear that maybe something has corrupted the installation- maybe an AV update?

I would recommend updating your computer -

If the problems persist afterwards with regard to the plugins and you cannot see this app in the SDL Plugin Management tool-

please navigate to these folders and manually delete the plugins then restart your computer 

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\Appname

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\Appname

In order to be able to use the Microsoft Plug in you need an active subscription- maybe logging out and back in will restore the connection.
