Without seeing the actual files it is is difficult to diagnose i think. Also it is not clear if all the files are in one project or spread across three different projects?

Did you change the settings 'mid project' ? Or did you change the settings and then create new projects?

Maybe first try closing the projects and reopening to see if this makes a difference and also maybe check the TM settings are what you want/expect- e.g.

I have been working on the same project since the beginning of this month when I first created in Studio 2019.

I have been adding files for translation on a daily basis. Only 3 days ago, I realised that it would optimise my speed if I get the auto-propagation to start at %70. It worked fine for the first file. 

However, I leave my machine on hibernate a lot, and I noticed that after I restarted, it worked again as you can see in the pictures below:

Could that be the reason it wasn't working earlier? I just needed a good restart/shut down?

I definitely do think leaving the machine on for longer periods/overnight etc (sleep/hibernate) can cause all sorts of issues- and should be avoided where possible with a complete close down of Studio and your PC.

If for instance you are running CCLeaner - this can delete temporay files on an automatic sweep- your AV (AntiVirus) can also corrupt settings/delete temp files etc.

So I would definitely advise on closing (at least) Studio  if you are going to be away from the machine for extended periods.
