Whenever I try to open a PDF file, Trados 2019 returns this error. I couldn't find a way to contact support. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
Thanks!

Have you installed the plugin for Studio?

I'd make sure I had the latest version of this installed first. Then if you still have a problem I'd run a repair of Studio 2019 through the windows control panel.

Hi Paul
1) I have the same problem. I have installed the above-mentioned plugin and in preview receive the message "cannot find the file type settings for the preview file", o if I try to upload the pdf file I got the message "This file type is not supported". Any ideas Paul?.
2) Another question. I am an old Infix user, so I mostly use this tool for my editable pdf files (only in "local" mode for confidentiality reasons). I know you have recommended and advised about using Infix for some years. Is there any new tool out now in the market better for us, SDL Trados Users?.
3) Last one. What I have to do with the settings (filters) for Infix you are offering here? "https://multifarious.filkin.com/2016/07/28/handling-pdfs-is-there-a-best-way/" I have no clue.
Many thanks for your help.
