It sounds as though Studio is struggling to find your TM.  Did you have it on OneDrive, DropBox, an external drive... or something like that?

Try this:

1. Close every SDL application.
2. Go to this location:  

• for Studio 2019 : C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 

3. Find this file: TranslationMemoryRepository.xml and rename it to TranslationMemoryRepository_old.xml
4. Open Studio and see if you still experience the issue.

Thank you very much for your answer.
It helped me find the solution but I don't understand what happened. It was due to memories I created yesterday, saved in the same folder as I always do and associated with a project. Everything was working well yesterday...
