Impossible to launch Trados 2019 with error "Impossible de localiser le fichier de données demandé"

Question

Hi all, 
 I've been trying to open Trados 2019 since a few hours but while the software is charging the "translation memory display" it gives the message "Impossible de localiser le fichier de donn&eacute;es demand&eacute;" ("Impossible to locate data file required"). 
 I uninstalled/reinstalled Trados 2019 twice and made the updates but it did not change anything. 
 I deleted all the files related to Trados 2019 before uninstalling it.

Hi Clémentine Desneux 
 It sounds as though Studio is struggling to find your TM. Did you have it on OneDrive, DropBox, an external drive... or something like that? 
 Try this: 
 1. Close every SDL application. 2. Go to this location: 
 
 for Studio 2019 : C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 
 
 3. Find this file: TranslationMemoryRepository.xml and rename it to TranslationMemoryRepository_old.xml 4. Open Studio and see if you still experience the issue.
