If you are able to see the client TM's, this suggests of course the login is correct so i would be suspicious of your AntiVirus provider, which may be blocking the access.

Please add Studio (and MultiTerm) you your AV providers white list. Then recreate the project and trya again to access the client server/TM's.

I have already added Studio .exe file to McAfee providers white list but the issue remains.

How can I solve this issue in order to access the online TMs?

If Studio has been added tio the AV white list and you are able to see the TM's its difficult to understand why you cannot access them.

Maybe its worthwhile to check with the client whether you have proper read access rights (as im sure the issue must have something to do do with permissions somewhere along the line.

Also if you could post a frew screen shots- this may help shed some light onto this.

Engº Ruivo SDL partner in Portugal tried to fix the issue yesterday without success.

After trying to access the server both via SDL Studio and then via the browser he told me to send my client the printscreen below with the error message. I have already sent it to the client.

I am also sending it to you as I hope this can help.

Eng.º Ruivo told me this issue must have something to do with the permissions, the same as you mention in your message.

 Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized)
