If you are able to see the client TM's, this suggests of course the login is correct so i would be suspicious of your AntiVirus provider, which may be blocking the access.

Please add Studio (and MultiTerm) you your AV providers white list. Then recreate the project and trya again to access the client server/TM's.

I still cannot access the online TMs.

I further inform you that I have also tried to access the online TMs from my client via a previous version of Studio, i.e. a SDL Studio 2014 license that I have installed in another computer and I found exacttly the same problem. Actually, Studio 2014 recognizes the new server address provided by the client, i.e. the server becomes available though I cannot access the online TMs.

I also reported to the client that this must probably be a problem concerning something related to my credentials in their servers, as it doesn’t make sense that I am finding the same issue simultaneously in both laptops when it didn’t happen in the past while using TMs available from another server provided by this client.

What else can I do in order to fix this issue?
