Find and Replace Box

Question

I have had Studio 2019 for a while now. Today, when I tried to Find and Replace, the tab-box does not appear. When I lokk at the task bar, I see there are 2 Studio windows (is the thr right word) open. I can see that one of them is Find and Replace. However, whatever I do I cannot make it pop-up. All I can do is close the window, which is not much help. 
 This is naturally a fundamental function and for it to stop working is not acceptable. 
 P.S. I use 2 screens, I have tried running on just the one, but the problem remains. 
 
 What do I do?

 It would be good if you could share some full sized images of what you are seeing - especially of

 This i think is the mysterious Windows issue of a particular program 'opening off-screen' (hence why i think you are seeing two Studio instances in the Task bar 
 You should be able to easily fix this -
