This is exactly what the standard Search & Replace feature does.
I need to load CSV list file or Excel or TAB search/replace words
not only a single pair
There are many solutions for this for non-sdxliff files, maybe you could use one of them on a tmx file (and run that updated file through your project to update your documents) or your output files: www.translatum.gr/.../index.php
