Both Studio and MultiTerm must be on the latest versions available_ this means if you are rolled back your Studio version (CU10) then you are going to encounter issues when the versions are not aligned.

Please ensure you run the updates for both Multiterm and Studio.

Sorry about my late reply.

We migrated from Studio/MT 2015 to 2017 several months ago, CU10 has been recently installed and, even though I would need to check, I'd say we haven't ever rolled back any Studio or MT version.

Current versions in our systems are:

SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 – 14.1.10015.44945

SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 – 14.2.7.43908

Do you think these versions might not be aligned? If they are or seem to be aligned, could the problem still be caused by any updates we may have missed running?
