import-in-TM problem after alignment

Question

Hello everyone, 
 I am experiencing a problem with the text alignment feature of Trados Studio 2017. 
 After the alignment of a rather short couple of Word documents, I have clicked on 
 "Import into Translation Memory" > "Advanced Import" > "Next" > " add new translation units " ticked> "Finish" 
 The TM has imported about 50 segments out of 62 aligned segments overall but there seems not to be any duplicate. 
 
 In order to figure out why the system didn't import all the aligned segments, I have tried to go through: 
 "Import into Translation Memory" > "Advanced Import" > "Next" > " overwrite existing translation units " ticked> "Finish". 
 The process then make the TM import all of the 62 aligned segments. 
 Is there perhaps a bug in the first import process I have tried or am I missing something?

 Thats for sending me your files. I have aligned the files, and got the same result as you did. There are duplicates in here... for example: 
 Art. 2. is a duplicate of Art. 3. etc. 
 &sect;1. is a duplcate of &sect;2. etc. 
 Studio doesn't need to have these duplicated because it will automatically treat the numbers as variables. I also counted them and there are twelve ;-)

 Can you share your alignment file? I'd like to try and reproduce that if possible. I'm not aware of a bug like that but it's hard to comment without being able to investgate the file and contents first.
