The environment is SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.4.1693 and Windows 10 Pro 1909.

Please first ensure that your Studio is on the latest version and try again.

If the problem persists, please log a ticket via your SDL Account/Support/Installation and the team will check this for you.

Thank you, Steven. I did as you suggested but I didn't receive a solution. I wonder if this is a bug due to the change of AdaptveMT engines or the new edition recently?

I was just checking the progress of the support and noticed you havent actually logged a support ticket- but sent a contact form.

 I have only seen this issue once before and we were able to fix this so its worth logging the ticket.
