I run Trados 2019 on a MAC with parallels. I need to turn back my document tomorrow and would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly Steven. I wonder if the problem comes from the fact that Office is installed on the MAC part of the computer? Also, I have just sent the full error stack twice, but it was rejected as a spam message and i had to submit a ticket...
Just a quick note... your post was seen as spam by the system because you didn't do as Steve asked and add error stack as a file. It was too much repetitive text. I edited your post so you can see what this looks like and how much easier it is to read if you do it this way.

I think the first thing to do is update Studio and MultiTerm as you are well out of date. The current versions are these:
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.5.56289
It might also be worth resetting Studio before you update. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0
So the path would become this:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old
If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

Could it be that the Microsoft Office Suite is installed on the Mac part of my computer and not Windows?.. well, actually, there is an instance of the Office Suite that is installed in Windows as well I think...

As Studio is not compatible with MAC, you need to install Studio on either a PC partition or via a system such as Parallels.
When installing via a virtual platform, you need to have Windows and the office application also installed on the virtual platform. If Studio is trying to access the Office application on the MAC- then yes you will encounter problems.
Please ensure your office version up to date and Studio is looking at the right path.

Thank you Steven for your prompt answer, I have Parallels installed on my Mac, and I am currently installing the Office application on Windows!!! Should I uninstall the Office app from the Mac side?
