Hello and thank you in advance for your help!!! I keep getting the above message when I try to confirm the translated segment. I have tried to save my translation but lost everything. I run Trados 2019 on a MAC with parallels. I need to turn back my document tomorrow and would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Hi Stephanie Bellumat 
 I think the first thing to do is update Studio and MultiTerm as you are well out of date. The current versions are these: 
 SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145 
 SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.5.56289 
 It might also be worth resetting Studio before you update. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 
 So the path would become this: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../

 As Studio is not compatible with MAC, you need to install Studio on either a PC partition or via a system such as Parallels. 
 When installing via a virtual platform, you need to have Windows and the office application also installed on the virtual platform. If Studio is trying to access the Office application on the MAC- then yes you will encounter problems. 
 Please ensure your office version up to date and Studio is looking at the right path.
