How to open termbase in an .xlsx file in Studio 2017

Question

Hi, 
 
 I use Studio 2017 and I need to open a termbase in an .xlsx file. 
 I've followed procedure, but the system wouldn't accept the file format, as far as I understand. 
 
 Can you please help?

Hi Patrizia Cipolla , 
 These problems should now be resolved as it was caused by using a different email address/account and not the registered email address on the account where the licences are registered.

 You don't tell us which procedure you followed. 
 In order to use an Excel spreadsheeet as a glossary in Studio, you need to install the TermExcelerator plugin, which you can find here:
