I am a Studio newbie and recently installed Trados Studio 19

The installation came with a sample project included but it appears to be an German-English project. German is not one of the languages I use, so I didn't chose it during installation. It would be really useful to have a sample project that I can actually use as I learn to navigate Trados. 

Why wasn't a sample project in one of my installation languages included? 

How can I access one?

It's much more difficult trying to set up from scratch. I have done that but I'm following the training videos and would like to be able to see something equivalent...
