Problems with Trados Studio 2017

Every time I try to save a new translation of segments it takes ages to save it and go on the next line and, most of the times, Trados becomes unresponsive and crashes.

What can I do to fix this, please?  Thanks in advance

  • I see, Thank you, Paul. I did get this message from the support team: 

    As you do not have a support contract with us, we will be able to assist you with license or installation problems for Language Desktop products only. We normally respond to these requests within 2 business days. However, if you require a licence reset we will aim to respond within 1 business day.

    I'll wait for them to try as I guess it's an installation problem. Hope they can help. I have no clue of what the problem is.  I tried to repair it from Windows and I got this "fatal error during installation" problem!

    I don't dare to do anything else .... 

    Any help is welcome! :-)
