Dear all,

can you please tell me if Trados Studio 2019 can deal with .ai or .cdr file formats? Can I translate them directly?

Or what procedure should I take?

Thank you in advance.

Just a few comments on this as it may help...

If you have a copy of Adobe Illustrator you can Export the *.ai file as a *.psd and then Studio can deal with it as we have a Photoshop filetype in the latest release.  If yo don't and you'd like to test this feel free to send me your *.ai file and I'll do this for you to test.  Or, just ask your customer to export as Photoshop PSD instead.

On the *.cdr.  I believe this is Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator can also open these.  So you may be able to take the same approach as for the *.ai files.
