Language: Serbian (Latin, Serbia and Montenegro (Former))

Hi everyone. I have SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance PLUS. Just recently I had to switch to another computer and install Trados again. The problem occurred within language pairs. Language: Serbian (Latin, Serbia and Montenegro (Former)) is no longer available (I cannot choose that pair in 5 initial languages) and majority of my work with different companies is based on that pair. Also, the software doesn't recognize my memories. How can I use the old memories? It is really important, otherwise I will lose more than 5 years of work for some companies. Thanks! btw. If you know how, please be a little more specific in your explanations, I am not a ninja in this software :))

    Hello ,

    As you have moved to a new PC, the problem might be that you don't have the correct language packs/regions installed with the new Windows machine.

    I no longer have Studio 2014 installed (this is now a very old version) but in Studio 2015,I can select the correct languages

    Also, this works in Studio 2019.

    Please ensure you have the correct language packs (Windows) installed and then try again.

    You could also afterwards, install the Studio 2019 trial version and test this.

    Hi Steven!

    Thanks a lot! I did that and I also found another solution to this problem.

    I exported old TMs with unavailable language as TMX files, then I made new TMs with another language pair, choosing available language: Serbian (Latin, Serbia) and then imported previous TMX files there. 

    It worked:)
